Clinical Care

Traditional Care

Ongoing, personalized clinical care for the midlife woman.

  • Call or text us to get started

Call or text 319.601.5686 to schedule your initial consultation directly — most new patients do. If you still have questions before committing to a full visit, just mention it when you call and we'll set up a free 15-minute consultation with Donna instead. Either way, we'll make sure Triple Health is the right fit before you book.

  • Initial consultation — 75 to 90 minutes

Your first visit is a comprehensive conversation. We review your health history, current symptoms, medications, and supplements in full — and begin building your individualized care plan. Available in-person in Burlington or via telehealth through OptiMantra.

  • Basic lab testing

We order comprehensive hormone panels, thyroid testing, metabolic markers, and functional labs as appropriate. Many standard labs can be run through your insurance. Specialty labs are discussed with you in advance — no surprises.

  • Your personalized care plan

Based on your labs, history, and goals, we build a treatment plan designed specifically for you — which may include HRT or BHRT, thyroid or metabolic support, gut health interventions, targeted supplements, and lifestyle guidance.

  • Ongoing follow-up

We monitor your response, adjust your plan as your body changes, and remain your partner through every phase of this transition. Hormone health is not a one-time fix — it's an ongoing relationship.

Who Should Choose This? Perfect for women who want trusted education, encouragement, and community—whether or not they're patients.

Coaching with Aimee is available separately and is not included in Club membership. Triple Health Club provides education and community support and does not replace individualized medical care.

Coaching with Aimee

Individual and small-group coaching can help you identify priorities, work through barriers, build sustainable habits, and take manageable steps forward.

Triple Health Skin & Wellness selected Epionce because it offers a thoughtful combination of effective skincare, skin-barrier support, and carefully selected ingredients. This dermatologist-developed line uses botanical ingredients and is backed by clinical research focused on improving the health and appearance of the skin.

During midlife, hormonal changes can contribute to dryness, increased sensitivity, loss of firmness, and more noticeable changes in skin texture and tone. Epionce emphasizes gentle cleansing, hydration, and support for the skin’s natural barrier, making it especially well suited for women whose skin is changing during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Epionce products are cruelty-free and formulated without parabens, added fragrance, or sulfates. The line includes options for dryness, sensitivity, acne-prone skin, visible signs of aging, uneven tone, and other common skin concerns.

Professional-grade Epionce products are available for purchase in person through Triple Health Skin & Wellness or through our online store for home delivery. Carly can help you select products appropriate for your skin type, concerns, and goals.

Trusted Community Resources Community resources listed on this page are independently owned and operated. You may choose any qualified professional or business for your care.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy

Pelvic floor physical therapy can help address urinary leakage and urgency, pelvic pain, painful intercourse, pelvic floor weakness, and other concerns that may occur during midlife.

Triple Health works locally with Julie Love, PT, MPT, at Rock Valley Physical Therapy to help patients access specialized pelvic floor care when appropriate. If you receive care through telehealth or live outside the Burlington area, we can also help you locate a pelvic floor physical therapist near you.

Thermography

Erika Salek, [credentials], provides local thermography services for women interested in thermal imaging.

Thermography uses infrared imaging to identify temperature patterns at the surface of the body. It may be used as an additional wellness or imaging tool, but it does not replace mammography or other breast imaging recommended by your healthcare provider.

Local Supplement Shopping

Nature’s Corner provides a convenient local option for supplements and other wellness products.

Because supplements should be selected according to your individual health needs, medications, and treatment plan, talk with your healthcare provider before beginning a new product.

The Midlife Women’s Institute is the educational home of Triple Health. It was created to help women better understand the physical, hormonal, metabolic, and emotional changes that can occur during perimenopause, menopause, and beyond.

Explore practical, evidence-informed articles, guides, videos, and courses covering hormone therapy, sleep, nutrition, metabolism, strength, bone health, sexual health, healthy aging, and other important areas of midlife health.

Some resources will be available at no cost, while in-depth courses will offer a more structured way to learn about specific topics. You do not need to be a Triple Health Clinic patient to participate.

Epionce Skincare · Professional-Grade Skincare

Hormonal changes affect your skin too.

Estrogen plays a direct role in collagen production, skin moisture, and elasticity. As estrogen declines during perimenopause and menopause, many women notice their skin becoming drier, thinner, and more prone to fine lines — sometimes seemingly overnight. This isn’t just cosmetic. It’s hormonal.

Healthy skin is another reflection of healthy hormones. While no skincare product replaces hormone balance, quality medical-grade skincare can support the skin changes many women notice during perimenopause and menopause.

We partner with RRR Skin & Wellness, located right here at 2900 Division St. in Burlington, to offer Epionce — a medical-grade skincare line developed by dermatologists specifically to support skin health at the cellular level. It’s the same commitment to quality and clinical evidence that guides everything we do at Triple Health.

Available in-clinic and online — delivered directly to your door.

Trusted Professional Resources

The amount of information available about perimenopause, menopause, hormones, nutrition, sexual health, and healthy aging can feel overwhelming—and not every online source is equally reliable.

The following organizations and professionals are among the educational resources we trust for clear, evidence-informed information about different aspects of women’s health during midlife. Each brings a distinct area of expertise to the conversation.

The Menopause Society
Evidence-Based Menopause Education

The Menopause Society is a leading professional organization dedicated to improving the health and quality of life of women throughout the menopause transition and beyond. International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health
Evidence-Based Sexual Health Education

The International Society for the Study of Women’s Sexual Health, commonly known as ISSWSH, is an international, multidisciplinary organization dedicated to advancing the understanding and treatment of women’s sexual-health concerns.

ISSWSH brings together clinicians, researchers, educators, and other professionals from fields including gynecology, urology, internal medicine, physical therapy, psychology, and sexual medicine. Its areas of focus include sexual desire, arousal, orgasm, sexual pain, vulvovaginal conditions, genitourinary syndrome of menopause, and the effects of medical conditions and treatments on sexual health.

The website includes professional position statements, publications, videos, recommended resources, and a public directory of healthcare professionals with an interest in women’s sexual health. Some content is written primarily for healthcare professionals and may be more technical than general patient education.
